E-Commerce packages

First, we have had numerous websites hosted with 1&1 over the years. I know their reputation isn't the greatest, but I haven't had much for complaints personally. Until now!!
Two days ago I signed up for an e-commerce package to integrate with our BiOmega3.net site. I spoke with a sales rep, and then signed up online for the Starter eShop package. It appeared to have everything we needed. Now, however, it appears someone actually gave us the EZShop package, a very stripped-down Linux version. It had very limited payment options, and did not include using our own merchant account or the 1&1 Merchant Account. And, it did not include the shipping wizard. So, I called tech support, and that person added the originally requested Starter eShop package. It did include the other payment options, and a shipping cost wizard. Except, after spending most of yet an other day entering our products and payment options, it turned out the shipping wizard would only allow in-person pickup!! I called tech support, and after being on hold for probably ten or fifteen minutes, was informed that was the case with the Starter eShop package, and if I actually wanted to ship items to customers I would need to sign up for their more advanced packages.
That is completely ridiculous!! What sort of an e-commerce package only allows in-person pickups?! Completely ridiculous...
So, this morning I called the Sales dept., and asked about the shipping options for the Starter eShop package. They said no, I had multiple shipping options available. When I told them support had told me in-person pickup was the only option, they laughed! So I called tech support again, and after going up the chain through the initial rep and two supervisors, I am informed that is the case, that the Starter eShop package only allows in-person pickup!!
That is not only misrepresented on their website, but apparently the sales staff is not even aware of it!! Again, I find this utterly ridiculous. Who is going to have an e-commerce site that only allows in-person pickup?
Either change their website info on the eShop packages, to make it obvious that the Starter eShop only allows in-person pickup, or fix it to allow normal shipping (FedEx, USPS, or UPS).
