Mail fraud

Posted Sat June 23, 2012 5:09 pm, by tom g. written to alertpay.com

I sent the $60 money order for their service and they do not do their part therfore I accuse the of mail fraud.

Do what they are supposed to do or give me my money back.

company. It's always a good idea to do some homework before giving up
your money. It's probably no consolation, but you only got scammed
for $60. Some people lost far more than that.

You used a money order to open an account? That to me sounds funny.
Why not take CC or Paypal right on the site.

What was this money for? what does the site do?

All in all looks like you might have been scammed

Tom G

Here is the definition of mail fraud...
http://www.lectlaw.com/def2/m001.htm

Going by that definition & what you wrote in your complaint, more
information is needed to make a determination on whether or not mail
fruad actually happened.
