I don't think its right that wireless customers are charged extra for incoming or outgoing texts when it doesn't cost them anymore to send a text then it does a phone call. And especially when we get incoming texts, why should we get charged for incoming texts when its not our fault someone wants to text us?! We have no control over who texts us.
