I am furious that Amazon protects the buyers and not the sellers. Amazon does not realize or maybe does not care that the sellers help make the profits needed to run the company and pay their paychecks!! They also need to set up a system so sellers can have a way to dispute negative feedback from buyers like eBay does.

I bought the movie Star Trek with the original cast and after playing it notice there were areas where the sound was missing. It seems to be an error from Paramount so I returned the item noting the manufacturer's error. Amazon still charged me a restocking charge!

I want my restocking charge back.

I ordered two books, to be sent separately because of the dates they were due to become available. My e-mailed confirmation from Amazon told me my "Grand Total" for both books, shipping and tax would be $47.80. I received the first one and noticed they billed my card for 37.14.
