About three weeks ago, Amazon ran what I thought was a promotion on an HP netbook for $199.99. I ordered the book "Fabled Service" to replace one that I borrowed from a friend. Unfortunately, when the book arrived the cover was stuck to the envelope in which it was mailed. In pulling the envelope apart from the book, part of the cover was ripped off. How unfortunate, since I didn't want my friend to know that the book was a replacement.

I would like Amazon to be more mindful...

I purchased an item from one of your stores Amazon.com represents. I received confirmation of the order, but then after that, ZERO communication from the seller. The item arrived and I want to return it. I have follow Amazon.com's return policy and sent back the item registered USPS Mail. Since then, i have not received any communication or a refund for the return of the item...
