Amazon is the parent of Zappos, whose security was recently breached. Both my wife and I have received an e-mail from Zappos telling us our security might be at risk if we use the same password we used at Zappos on other sites.

I duplicated an order by accident and needed to cancel the first order but it had already been shipped. I emailed Amazon who replied immediately that I could refuse the shipment and I would be credited for the order. Not only did I get credited for the shipped order but for the shipping too.
