Amazon is the parent of Zappos, whose security was recently breached. Both my wife and I have received an e-mail from Zappos telling us our security might be at risk if we use the same password we used at Zappos on other sites.
However, their customer service department cannot be reached by phone, their receptionist refused to transfer me to any live person, and none of the questions I ask...

I duplicated an order by accident and needed to cancel the first order but it had already been shipped. I emailed Amazon who replied immediately that I could refuse the shipment and I would be credited for the order. Not only did I get credited for the shipped order but for the shipping too. Sweatshop conditions in PA are unacceptable. I now have to boycott Amazon and we are Amazon Prime members.
