I would like to compliment Amazon.com for the fast and reliable online purchases I have made. So far any inquiry or problem I have, not that I have had many, was resolved fast and reasonably. I will continue to use Amazon for my purchases. One feature that I would appreciate if it was added is that all the products on Amazon.com even the ones sold through third-party be eligible for Amazon Prime....

On November 15, 2009 I placed an order on Amazon.com for an item being sold by seller DollarRite. The Amazon order number was: 103-1473697-3901040. When the item arrived, it was a piece of junk and it did not work with my computer as was promised on Amazon.com. I returned the item to DollarRite at a cost to me of 9.75. I eventually received a refund of $36.93, on an order that cost me $52.99....

I decided to order a few last minute gifts for my son for Christmas on December 22. Although standard shipping was free, I opted to pay extra to assure my gifts would arrive on time. The site promised delivery no later than December 24, so I paid the extra even though the free shipping would have arrived a day or so later.
