I ordered about $50 worth of product for my girlfriend in another state, which UPS claimed was delivered but she never received (waited several days past the claimed delivery date).
I tried contacting UPS but their live chat was down and could not get a real person on the phone.
So, I sent an email to Amazon explaining the issue. Within a few hours they reshipped the whole package and sent it next day. All at no charge to me and no hassle and no fuss.
I have always been please with Amazons service, prices, and quality. This is one more reason the majority of my non-grocery purchases will be from them and only them.
