Incomplete orders becoming a regular thing

A couple of weeks ago I ordered a 12 pack of hamburger helper that was on sale. Amazon only sells in multi packs, but when I opened the box there was only one box of Hamburger Helper. I spent over 20 minutes on the phone with someone whose accent I could barely understand, and she finally set up a replacement order. I still haven't received it, even though it was supposed to be via overnight shipping. This week I ordered a 12 pack of Stand and Stuff tacos shells and a 6 pack of organic granola bars. When I opened the box there were 6 boxes of granola bars and one box of taco shells. I spent another 20 plus minutes on the phone with someone in India who barely spoke English, the first guy just hung up on me when I asked for a supervisor, the second said he would give me a refund for the whole order and I would get an email confirmation. I never got an email confirmation and presumably no refund is forthcoming. That's twice I got cheated by Amazon groceries. Please check my account. I'll bet I spend $10,000 a year at Amazon. Kiss that money goodbye. I don't like customer service that doesn't speak English and I certainly don't like being lied to and cheated. Please cancel and refund the pro-rated amount of my prime membership because I don't see myself doing anymore shopping there. The groceries would have been a great idea if they had been implemented right.
If you need proof, check the weight and sizes of the boxes I received. They couldn't possibly have contained my complete orders.
Refund my amazon prime membership, it just renewed, refund what you've cheated me out of on those two orders, and forget we ever knew each other. I know I will. 40 plus minutes on the phone is too long to spend straightening something out, and twice in two weeks is too often to have it happen. There's no excuse for that.
