Two Day Shipping Item Not Delivered by Specificed Date

I paid a premium for order #103-2763303-8039468 to have it shipped by two day shipping. The order said I would have it by September 2nd. It is September 2nd and it is not here yet.

I expedited the shipping because a class is starting and I am already behind on the reading material. The fact that I paid extra to have it shipped sooner when it is not annoys me as a customer.

Refund the extra shipping charges I incurred for two day shipping.

Weekends and holidays don't count during that two days.

You are going to get a much quicker response from Amazon if you simply
pick up your cellphone and call them. They have a customer service
department.

I agree with the other posters. Also you should have a tracking
number. Check the status on line and see what it says.

to wait a few more hours. You might also look to see what day it was
shipped. You may have ordered it on a particular day, but depending
on what time that was, it might not have actually left then.

When was it ordered?
To get there today,Tuesday, it would have to been ordered Thursday.
Based on 2 Business Day Shipping
( Friday and Tuesday ) because the weekend and Labor Day don't count
it could still get there Wednesday and be only slightly outside the 2
day criteria or maybe even later today.
