Wrong Item Delivered

I ordered a brand new HP desktop for $473.24 using my Amazon Prime account. I received a USED Dell desktop without mouse and keyboard inside a correct HP box. I returned the wrong item with Amazon-issued return label.

A week later Amazon sent me e-mail stating that I returned a wrong item and they've shipped the wrong item back to me. I called and emailed them twice to explain that they sent me a wrong item to begin with. Amazon replied that they won't refund me the money until I send the correct item (which I never received). I submitted BBB and Amazon responded the same way.

Full refund of the purchase ($473.24) in timely manner.

What a nightmare! Did you charge this on a credit card? I assume you
did. Please call them ASAP and dispute the charge! Good luck!
