Bad Star Trek DVD Disc

I bought the movie Star Trek with the original cast and after playing it notice there were areas where the sound was missing. It seems to be an error from Paramount so I returned the item noting the manufacturer's error. Amazon still charged me a restocking charge!

I want my restocking charge back.

dissuade people from copying movies (and music) then returning for a
full refund. When the customer doesn't want an exchange, it raises a
red flag. Why don't you just request another copy?
