I Adore Amazon!

I am absolutely thrilled with Amazon.com. I have been a customer for years, and cannot think of one bad experience I've had. Their items ship promptly (and, 99% of the time, they ship FREE!), the ordered items are always correct, and I've always been 100% satisfied.

Too often, we come to this site to complain, and I thought it was high time I finally get out the compliment I've been meaning to write for about a year now!

My only suggestion that I have is to please bring back the Upromise contributions. I shop at Amazon most of the time, but miss the fact that they no longer contribute to Upromise.

Yes, I agree also. Well, I don't know about adore, but I like the
site and use it. One thing I really like is that you can speak with
them now, if you need to, about an existing order. IMBM, but I
believe that is a new feature. OK, so you have to have them call you
back, but it is better than not being able to speak with them.

Although Amazon botched a couple of orders of mine, I have ordered so
many times, a mistake is bound to get made. Mostly, Amazon saves me
money. I can go online, order a book, pay the shipping, and just be
done with it. If I go to a bookstore, I will spend at least $80 (I
usually walk out with 4-5 books) and regret it later. Ordering only
at least keeps me focused on the one book I'm looking to get.

Good letter!

Add me to the "agree" list. It's great to give this type of feedback
too, something we sometimes overlook

I love Amazon, I just wish they'd give you the option of which carrier
to use for delivery. The Postal Service never scans their packages.
But otherwise, most of the time I can find what I want on Amazon at a
much cheaper price than anywhere else.

I totally agree. I have not had one bit of problem with Amazon.
Although I haven't shopped there in a while (probably last Christmas),
the items have always arrived quickly, and without problems. Their
prices are also usually the lowest around, plus they have the added
convenience of showing the same product being sold used, usually at a
huge discount.

I love amazon too! Their customer service is simply the best! I think
their prices are usually better than best buy, etc. Plus, no sales
tax!

I have had some problems with Amazon's customer service (example:
calling me an idiot for believing that they had Search Inside the Book
as a feature), but when the site is working the way it's supposed to
(which is most of the time) it's really good. I'm over there at least
once a day.

And they did replace a book that the USPS ran over, which was totally
not Amazon's fault.

I agree! I dont always shop there but I always go there to check
reviews of things I want to buy before I go buy them. And often, if I
cant find something I always go there because I know I will find it
there.

Recently..it was better claws for my son's Wolverine costume. LOL!
See...they have EVERYTHING! LOL!
