Upset about the delay in my recent flight back to SFO on February 22ND. My reward program is 0330JP0. I feel that the airlines also had poor service on the flight as well. The attendants did not service everyone fast enough as many people where already thirsty and upset. The trip back from vacation was not a good one. With no time to sleep and get back to work.

I am a disabled Veteran and American Airlines failed to have a wheelchair at my flight to get on the airplane after I had arranged it. When I called them twice, while sitting in a waiting area unable to move, the operator said if you arranged the wheelchair it will be there. I just returned from a wonderful cruise to the Bahamas, just to be completely frustrated, irratated and annoyed after arriving to Miami Airport to check in for my return home flight. Once at the counter the ticket agent told me that my flight was canceled.
