A few months back my boss approached me and asked if we could review my travel schedule. At the end of the meeting we agreed that American Airlines would be my airline of choice. The idea was that I would hit an elite level with one airline rather than so-so levels with others. This way if I have to travel with a client / check a bag, we have options in driving down the cost. I have been...

My husband is very pleased to have had the opportunity to opt-in for expedited airport screening but I am left to deal with the long lines at security so I purchased Global Entry. Global Entry requires that my name matches my passport and my boarding pass. Apparently there is not enough room on the boarding pass for my full name,so I have been rejected three times for expedited screening. Can you...

I purchased a round trip ticket in September 2012 from FLL to Lax for October 22 to October 31. Unfortunately, I fell on October 14, went to the hospital, fractured the humas bone in my right arm, was put into a sling, went to a orthopedic doctor, had to take physical theraphy. I could not move my right arm, and had to stay in my clothes for 5 days due to non movement of my arm. I can give all...

My returning flight from BDL to DFW was very displeasing.
First, the seats on this flight were particularly uncomfortable. They were narrower with less legroom than our subsequent short flight from DFW to SAT. The cushions were very uncomfortable and sloped downward in the front. The back of the seats did not even go over my head (I'm 5'3"), let alone my husband who is 6'. The separation...

To whom it may concern:
On December 19th 2012 I arrived in Boston MA for my holiday leave period before my unit starts doing work ups for our deployment. One of my bags didn't turn up so I completed a baggage claim (file locator TILEIW)and a week later (today) my bag arrived, but it was missing some items: a razor handle, a package of razors, a multi tool, and most importantly keys to my car,...
