Dear Sir,
I would be remiss if I did not offer you feedback on the performance of Mr.H.
The night prior I secured the last seat on the first flight of the day out of Austin that would get me to Kalsipell. Mt. in short order. This seat just so happened to be in First Class but I am confident that Mr. H. treats each passenger as First Class. He nailed every exchange and appeared to know what passengers wanted before they even knew they wanted it.
Mr. H. is to be commended for doing his job with flair and attention to detail.
I complimented Mr. H. mid flight and upon disembarking the plane he told me that my comment made his day.
Please share this feedback with Mr. H., his Supervisor and assure that a copy of this letter gets placed in his personnel jacket.
