Amica employees withholding info

Posted Mon April 2, 2012 10:08 pm, by dragan p. written to Amica

Write a Letter to this Company

I have Amica auto/home insurance. I have recently filed a claim on my homeowner's insurance. This has been one of the worst experiences that I have ever dealt with. 2 local branch employees as well 1 corporate employee will not tell me how to get a hold of the Office of the President or their Executive Customer Relations to file a formal complaint agains their disservice to me as a customer. They keep bouncing me around so that I cannot file a complaint against them. I a now going to leave Amica because of these 3 individuals and I would like the top level people to understand why I am leaving.

Have someone from their Office of The President or Executive Customer Relations contact me directly.

The local branch manager told us if we do not like the service we can
leave.....so today we scheduled a cancellation of all service
effective in a few weeks. Who can I speak to at the top to voice my
concerns? he last VP I spoke to never noted the account that he ever
spoke to me.

you still haven't said what the "bad service" was by PepperElf Thu April 5, 2012 @ 12:27 PM

You said you were thinking of leaving - was that when they suggested closing your accounts? by PepperElf Fri April 6, 2012 @ 9:57 AM
