I bought a laptop from Apple about a year and a half ago and just recently was having trouble with the battery life. I brought the computer into my local Apple store to the Genius Bar. The man helping me identified the problem immediately. The battery had actually exploded. I was very surprised this had happened to a lap top that was so new. He informed me that Apple doesn't cover batteries under...

I am a huge fan of Apple products and was more than thrilled to buy my first iPhone a year ago. AT&T encouraged me to pay for insurance on my phone. So I pay $5 a month for lost, stolen, broken insurance. Two months ago I was in a car accident and the screen on my iPhone cracked. When I...

I went into my local store on 12/27/09 and purchased a 2 year warranty for my I-phone. When I called to activite the warranty, I was told it expires on 10/5/11. That is not two years and the customer service rep. would not change the warranty date to the date I bought the phone or the date I activated it.
I want my warranty to be for a full two years like I paid for!

I've been an iPod user for about five years and a few months ago I purchased an iPod touch, one of the best purchases I've ever made. Since then, I've been hounding my friends and family about how great it is (my grandmother actually owns one now, she loves it!) and have especially liked it over similar products such as the Microsoft Zune because of its wide range of apps for it.
Herein lies...
