Continuing poor service in Apple Stores
by Robert M. of Atlanta, Georgia written to Apple Computer Inc Posted Tue November 10, 2009 3:45 pm

I went to the Apple Store in Lenox Mall (Atlanta, GA) around 2:45 today to get some more RAM. I just wanted to pick up a memory module. I figured it was mid afternoon, the store shouldn't be too crowded and I would be able to get in and out pretty quickly.

When I got there, there were only two sales people on the floor. They were busy. I ask the guy in the orange shirt at the door who could...

Unable to replace my brand new dead $3600 MacPro
by Daniel C. of Vancouver, Washington written to Apple Computer Inc Posted Fri November 6, 2009 7:58 pm

I bought a brand new, top of the line Apple MacPro a couple of weeks ago. It came and worked for a few hours then died. They have agreed to let me return it for a new one, but their system for sending the shipping labels by email has not worked. I have been struggling with them for two weeks now, and spent many hours on phone and email with them. They cannot make the system work and have...

by SABRINA S. of CHARLESTON, West Virginia written to Apple Computer Inc Posted Thu October 22, 2009 3:31 pm

I have an iPhone. Updated the software when I connected it to my computer yesterday. Today I was speaking on the phone, put it down on my desk for about 45 minutes, picked it up to make a call & the phone app was gone! Was able to make a call by performing a search and then called 611. I was then told by Lynden, is the case #, that I would have to purchase additional support coverage!

How...

I’m absolutely disgusted about the ring tone situation. Any other phone and you would be able to make a custom ringtone and would come with free software to create ringtones from your songs. why can’t you do this with the iPhone? I’m not ever going to spend money to buy software to do it or buy duplicate songs when I’ve already paid for my songs when I bought albums for them! iphone cannot...

Possible link to the past in Apple software.

Having bought a new iMac in 2008, I found that the installed software was nearly worthless. By this I mean that it didn't pertain to everyday affairs like a word, spreadsheet or any other useful product. I was able to purchase a package after market through Apple that allowed me to use it in what I would call an office format. What really makes me the most angry though is that during the...
