I went to a store in Mexico City, inside the Santa Fe shopping mall. I bought two ipod nanos for my Mom and wife and after paying I was told they did not have gift wrapping, not even a plastic bag to put them in; I had to take them in my hand! We purchased both an iphone5 & iphone 4s. There is no manual and no one will give us one. There is one on the net, we have no printer and it costs us 25 cents per page to print and there is like 200 pages!
Why, when we spend all this money, do we not get a manual????? We are old and cannot sit and read the computer, we need a book.

My wife and I each bought an Apple iPad mini for Christmas. We both are very happy with our iPad mini's, even though the price was a little shocking. I think that it would be nice if you would include a coupon for 1/2 off on the purchase of a cover or case for the unit purchased. i have an imac that has had so many repeat issues and currently giving me problems. Has had motherboard replaced twice, screen twice, and optical drive. currently the audio is buzzing, tech support cant find problem and screen flickers and is cloudy.
Apple computers should replace the computer under a lemon law.

My desktop computer was recalled due to a defective hard drive approximately 2 years after purchase. Apple will replace it but takes not responsibility for backing up and restoring the data and software on the computer. As a consequence, I need to purchase an external harddrive and try to work out the process of restoring my computer.
