It's Been Four Days Since I Sent An Email To Apple Support On Their Website. I Don't Get Why They Don't Reply Within 48 Hours As It Says In The Email. I Havent Recieve A Reply Back From One Of The Representives At All. I'm Getting Tried Of This.

I Want Them To Reponse To Many Email I Sent All These Past Four Days. It's No Wonder Some Ppl Hate Apple.

In all reality, Apple email response sucks. If you can, call them up
- 1-800-676-2775.

They are much more responsive when they can't hide behind an email.

You might want to check your SPAM folder. I've always had good
responce time from Apple.
