3 Ipod Touches in 1 year. Never again will I buy that many expensive items in one year without knowing the quality of one item first. 2 Ipods (2nd gen) were refurbished directly from Apple. One was through Walmart and was a brand new 4G. First, mine bought in March 2011 is showing in Apple's system as being out of warranty in December 2011 because that's when it was shipped to Walmart. My online receipt from Walmart isn't enough, so they won't change the date of purchase. The thing I'm most upset about is the fact that all 3 of these lose their charge in one day without being used much. They can be fully charged, sit in one spot and die without being played with. But, Apple has this figured out. Only make warranties that take care of these things for 90 days and then outside of that charge people high $ per item to do more work to them. They wanted me to pay $59/Ipod just to help me. Forget it. I'm so glad my phone is not an Iphone. I will never buy Apple for us or the kids again!

Back up their items. There's no excuse for a battery to completely drain before someone has even owned an item for a year. My 2 oldest boys just got theirs last Christmas Eve and here we are just under a year later and theirs doesn't hold a charge either....it only took mine 9 months. Back up things as simple as changing a battery for customers. That's ridiculous and while your customer service reps are nice, it doesn't matter or make anyone feel better when they know they've been ripped off.
