On July 15,2011 my husband and I visited Applebee's neighborhood grill and bar, as we do on a weekly basis. Only this time our visit was much different and unexpected. Our waitress Missy P. was very rude to us and she was to busy talking to a group of younger adults who had come in quite a while after we did to even notice that we needed assistance. We visited your restaurant at Moorefield Park Drive in Richmond, VA as a party of four on June 11, 2011. One of our party was my boyfriend, who is disabled in a wheelchair. I didn't have any problems at all with your staff, and they were all more than accommodating. Our server was friendly and the other staff was as helpful as they could be getting us to our seats, which was our issue.

Barely warm food, very slow service..including a long wait time just to get the ticket..so I could pay and get out.
We ordered chicken strip plates, and the strips were warm, not hold...tasted old, not fresh...like they were warmed up from a previous time.
Awful.
Then the wait service was terrible. The place wasn't even busy, which I can understand, given the poor food quality and terrible...
