I arrived at the Applebee's in Dunwoody, Ga @ 5:30p to be several girlfriends. Upon arriving we were greeted immediated and our drink and appetizer orders were taken. It took 35 minutes for wings to come out and about 15 for the margharita. It was another 25 minutes before our entrees came out. It was difficult to get the attention of the waitress. Two friends and I went for lunch at Applebees in Times Square on New Year's Day. While our lunch experience was not that great, I wanted to commend the high quality customer service of the manager on duty at approximately 2:30 PM. Applebees had a promotion where Veterans and current military would get a free meal on Veterans Day. This was above and beyond what any other place did. It was greatly appreciated. We will certainly frequent this restaurant more often.

WE HAD A GROUP OF NINE ATE AT YOUR APPLEBEES BAR and grille in decatur il.. the food was good the service was good but when i opened my silverware i had a dead mosquita on my knife ;not very appetising. The manager said we will get you some more and appoligized
there people watch closer what they wrap up in their silverware and a free meal coupon
