Was going to town for a bit and wasn't sure if I wanted to try again with Applebee's or not the last time we had a bad experience so hadn't been in awhile but figured they probably have better servers now. Well, got there and they tried to sit us at a table for 4 when we had 5 people and we told them that. Then they changed us to another table after waiting for 6 minutes and that table was dirty. The lady asked if we still needed the high chair (While I was holding an 8 month old baby boy) Yes. She didn't even wipe it off there was a crayon and bread crumbs in it. She took forever to wipe the table and then finally we sat down. Ordered our drinks, and during this she kept calling my son a girl. "Oh, she's so cute" "Oh, she this" After I kept saying "It's a BOY!!" Anyways, after finally getting our food, she did ask how it was and I said not good. The chicken was very hard and the fries the TEN that I got were hard and cold. Then my baby BOY was crying for food, while I was making a bottle and she came by and said "Who pissed Her off." I gave her a look and once again said "It's a boy" I had younger kid's with me and there was no reason for her to say "Pissed" My kid's don't need to hear that.

I did not leave her a tip because of the way she treated us. and the total bill was about $15.50 for one check my sisters. The other one was mine for $21.79.

Total of $37.29.

Reimbursement for the money wasted at this visit at Applebees.

Servers to have more respect for the customers and not take the customer to a dirty table.

Learn how to treat customers when they ask for something and not cuss while at work infront of kid's.

I NEVER had any problems with Applebee's at all! Heck, if I wanted
rude service, crappy food, and slow and rude waiters/waitresses, then
I'd go to Denny's.

But...

I hope that your complaint falls through, for I am very sorry to hear
that you've been treated like that over there at Applebee's.

This is something you really should have brought to a manager's
attention if you were so dissatisfied. A manager could have addressed
the situation right away.
