I ordered the green tomato turkey club sandwich with fries and my wife had the reuben w/fries from the curbside at 88 Old Trolley Rd. Summerville, SC. The fries were old - like they had been sitting around all day - what do they do, push them off on the curbside orders? Anyone in the restaurant would have sent them back. On top of that the sandwiches were greasy and had too much salt. I would not recommend getting a curbside order from this location.

Serve fresh fries. The on duty manager needs to be held responsible.
Who ever prepared our sandwiches did not do a good job. If you don't do it already please test your prep people to ensure quality.

Re: Curbside quality by Retail Veteran Posted Sun July 8, 2012 @ 12:07 AM My wife and I tried the curbside pickup at Applebees once. We only live 5 minutes away and by the time I got home, the food was lukewarm at best. We will never do curbside pickup again there. The only reason we tried it the first time was so we could sit in the comfort of our home and eat while watching a movie. Also, we wouldn't have to put up with people talking on their cellphones during dinner. Reply
