Failure to stand behind your product that has caused me irritation and oily skin.

Let Aveda know that they lack integrity and will lose my business in not only Aveda but Clinique and Estee Lauder.

So they fail to stand behind a product
because you had a personal reaction to it


did you even call them? i mean that's what the toll-free number on
the package is for.

I'm thinking it's actually an allergic reaction that casues the
irritation.

That means you should stop using it, so I would hope they would lose
your business in buying this product.
