I CANT GET ANYTHING I WANT TO ORDER

I have an Avon lady who sends me emails , I have a problem with your website , and try to order with my Avon lady, have been trying to get stuff for 3 weeks, I have left messages for her and no return calls, I need to say that the online brochures , dont tell you everything you need to know , if it is a clothing item, also I wanted nail polish for 3 weeks now , so I can do the mosaic effect on my daughters nails before she starts school and now to late, and also not on sale anymore, that goes for the buy 2 jewelery and save , it was a 2 for $20.00 in the book online, I know times have changed , but I am 54, my mother sold Avon when I was a teenager, I also worked for the largest retail company Walmart in middle management for 15 years and I find it totally out of line , not to be able to order and get what I want , this is not good business.
I want Avon to send me for my daughter Nail Express Base Coat, Nail Wear Pro in the following colors Tangtastic, Sunshine and Jade and also Mosaic Effects Top Coat in Blue Flash and also UV Gloss Guard Top Coat , as these were the items I wanted to order to do the effect I seen on the video to my daughters nails, she has waited and waited and we get nothing , my email address is jmramler@aol.com , I expect to hear from someone asap , or I will find a corporate number and voice with Better Business also Thank You for any help, I do appreciate it.
