The second-largest bank in the US by assets (behind Citigroup), Bank of America boasts the country's most extensive branch network, with more than 5,700 locations covering some 30 states from coast to coast. Its core services include consumer and small business banking, credit cards, investment banking and brokerage, and asset management. In 2007 Bank of America bought U.S. Trust from Charles Schwab for more than $3 billion and acquired Chicago-based LaSalle Bank from Netherlands-based ABN AMRO for some $21 billion. Also that year the company made a $2 billion investment in Countrywide Financial, and in early 2008 agreed to buy the troubled company for some $4 billion in stock. |

I cannot believe that Bank of America, one of the biggest recipients of taxpayer bailouts of all time, refuses to remove 2 small credit entries from my credit report. Us lowly individuals did not receive a bailout and most of us couldn't obtain loans to keep us afloat. I spent every dime I had in savings and all of my retirement assets trying to keep everyone paid through job loss and still went...

I opened a Bank of America credit card in 2009, which I converted to a Bank of America American Express in 2011. Bank of America elected to close my account without notifying me on January 6, stating that they were uncomfortable with the amount of available credit I had with other creditors, and the new accounts that I had opened in the past year. However, I had earned 11,297 Worldpoints (approx...

I would like to compliment Lennie Wesley, Manager of Bank of America Lawrenceville location located in West Pike st for going above and beyond to ensure I received 100+ customer satisfaction. Mr. Wesley changed my perspective about BOA and stopped me from cancelling my BOA account that I had since I was in high school. I originally went to a BOA branch in Ashford Dunwoody, GA and spoke with an...

I am very disgusted and amazed by the rudeness and very inconsiderate lending practices by company. I have had an account with bofa for over a year now with very good history and direct deposits of paychecks into it for whole time . And being I am already with bofa I figured why not try to get a credit card to build some history with the bank and credit reports. And when I apply for it I'm told I...
