You escalation team and Office of ther President and Shera has had this case since August 3rd. I have been told back in a week- need to research some more. August3rd Gina from Hamp Solutions told I was being overnighted another sst of documents- never got bacuase never sent!!!!!!! Finally 8-16 got a set and 8-18 another which now makes sets # 9 and # 10. Got a message yesterday from Shera saying get back in touch next week because she has to research. If anyone researched like you do at BOA there never would be any Doctorate or Master degrees ever gotten.
Today guess what? Robert Ochoa called to tell me he was just assigned our account and he would review to see if eligible. Then him and I got into HAMP vs BOA mod vs affordable. Ten times I have done the paperwork for HAMP!!!!!!! This is a farce either by you or Feds!!!!!!!!!

No wonder so many people just give up and walk away!!!!!!! Other banks do not take so long. Shera says 13-18 months. HA!!!!!!!~ I started asking for this April 2009. First set Oct 2011.
I have learned two things: to HATE BOA and to hate my home. How many people are you going to have review this? I will probably die of old age before BOA does anthing with HAMP!!!!!! And at my age this could be tomorrow after all the stress caused by YOU!!!!!!!!!! I sure hope none of the woman working for you get pregnant as pregnancy will be 18 months instead of 9!!!!!!!! They better start Christmas Dinner in July so it will be ready!!!!!
