Bank of America keeps giving me the run around with the HAMP program. Like numerous others, I have had to Fecex, FAX and supply documents countlesstimes. For example, my employment verification was said to be missing by BOA. however, BOA requested this document 1 month earlier

Fire the entire organization and rehire without of work people
