Horrible service

I have several accounts with Bank of America. So when it came time to refinance an investment property I thought of using BOA because they always make it sound so easy when you are in a branch. I went through the whole process and ended up missing the DTI by a couple points (understandable). A couple months later my wife recieved a raise so I email Henry Cooper back to say that I think I would meet the DTI now could we pick back up from where we left off. Henry responded and said he thought we could and he would check into it. That was over a month ago! I have left messages, emails, even called and left a message with his boss in another state! I HAVE RECIEVED NOTHING!!!!! No return calls, no return emails! It is a shame that the employees at the branches have no idea the nightmare they are recommending to their customers!

I want someone to contact me and let me know if I can do this refinanace. And take care of me as a customer!
