Am I just a number to you?

I recently applied for a small credit line increase on a BofA credit card I've had since 2007. I have been very responsible with my credit, pay my credit card off regularly and have kept thousands of dollars across all of BofA accounts including personal and business. When I applied for a small increase, the banker I spoke with on the phone made me feel unreliable, untrustworthy and insignificant.
I have been banking with BofA since 2006 but will and have been moving my operations to another bank since this latest interaction. I will close all of my accounts and move fully to another bank unless I receive a credit line increase showing that BofA values my business.
