I am writing this letter in behalf of my step son who is in the United States Marine Corps stationed in Afghanistan. He has an outstanding bill with AT&T for $1934.00 which is based on a single cellular phone. I have had my Bellsouth account set up on auto bank draft for years. My bank account number has not changed. Everything was fine, until I got my bill today.
I showed a past due balance. I called Bellsouth billing to find out why.
They said two attempts at a draft were returned by the bank.

OK, here's the deal. My phone stopped working 12/09/09. I sent an email to AT&T repair service and was given a date of Thursday 12/11/09 at 12:00 noon as the time to expect the problem to be resolved.
