We have been a long-time, very happy customer with you and are currently spending on average $230 per month (wireless, long distance, and internet). With all of the current promotions that you are offering to attract new customers, what promotions and discounts can you offer to your current customers? Your 'cash back' promises are NOT honored! It is misleading and surely illegal to so blatantly 'reel in' customers with large rebate offers, then blatantly deny what was clearly stated on your website!

On August 1, I ordered Fast Access DSL (switching from Charter), switched our phone to Bellsouth/AT&T (from Charter), and took up DISH network as well (switching from Charter), because of...

We have been customers of BellSouth for years. Recently, we set up a second phone line for a home office. We wanted to get DSL service for this new number, which is 318-386-XXXX. Our main account is under 318-386-XXXX.

Well, at that point, the trouble began. At first we were told that DSL was available. We waited for the line to be provisioned, but it never was. I called Customer Service and...

Terrible Product & Service
by Scott L. of Milton, Georgia written to BellSouth Telecommunications Posted Thu July 31, 2008 5:39 pm

My DSL has not worked correctly for 6-8 weeks now and customer service reps at bellsouth/AT&T are unable to fix it. I even had a service tech come to my home and they still can not figure it out. Why should I continue to pay $52 a month for a service that does not work? We have Comcast high speed internet in our house as well and that works great.

Just fix my DSL. All I want is a...

Fast access dsl extreme 3.0 issues
by Michael M. of Louisville, Kentucky written to BellSouth Telecommunications Posted Sun July 20, 2008 11:52 am

In January 2008, I upgraded my fast access dsl service from ultra to extreme 3.0. Since that time, my testing speeds have never come quite close to the advertised speeds of 3Mbps upload and 384 Kbps download. I've contacted bellsouth/att several times and was told testing done on my line indicated there was a problem.

I'm currently receiving testing results done at speed.fastacces.com of...
