OK, here's the deal. My phone stopped working 12/09/09. I sent an email to AT&T repair service and was given a date of Thursday 12/11/09 at 12:00 noon as the time to expect the problem to be resolved. My DSL has not worked correctly for 6-8 weeks now and customer service reps at bellsouth/AT&T are unable to fix it. I even had a service tech come to my home and they still can not figure it out. Why should I continue to pay $52 a month for a service that does not work? We have Comcast high speed internet in our house as well and that works great.
