SETUP PHONE SERVICE AND DSL WITH BELLSOUTH IN JUNE. SINCE THEN THEY HAVE TURNED OFF MY PHONE TWICE. WHY? BECAUSE THEY SAID THAT I HAD NOT PAID. COME TO FIND OUT THEY HAD APPLIED THE PAYMENTS THAT I SENT ON TIME EVERY MONTH TO A PHONE NUMBER THAT I HAD WITH THEM OVER A YEAR AGO. I HAVE CALLED ALMOST MONTHLY TO TRY TO FIX THIS. SUPPOSEDLY I HAVE TALKED TO MANAGERS THAT HAVE SUPPOSEDLY FIXED THE WHOLE PROBLEM YET EVERY MONTH I GET A BILL SAYING THAT I AM LATE AND OWN AN AMOUNT THAT NOONE CAN EXPLAIN.I JUST RECEIVED ANOTHER.

I WOULD LIKE BELLSOUTH TO GIVE ME AN EXACT BILL AND EXPLAIN THAT BILL. I WOULD LIKE THEM TO SEND MY GIFT CARD THAT WAS PROMISED IN JUNE.I WOULD LIKE AN APOLOGY AND COMPENSATION FOR THE TIMES THAT I HAD NO SERVICE AND FOR THE HOURS THAT I HAVE SPENT ON MY CELL PHONE TRYING TO WORK THIS OUT.I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHY THEIR "CUSTOMER SERVICE" REPS ARE ALOUD TO TALK TO ME THE WAY THEY DID. I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHY WHEN I FINALLY GOT THROUGHT I WAS TRANSFERRED 5 TIMES. I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHY BELLSOUTH THINKS I SHOULD STAY A CUSTOMER.

As others have said, please turn off the cap locks, it is very
difficult to read and is considered "shouting".

How do you pay Bell South? Automatic bill payment, by check, by your
own bank's bill payment? If by check, are you noting your current
phone number/account number on the check? If not, you need to. If
it's online somehow, make sure the information is correct, ie: account
number etc. When refinanced our mortgage we didn't realize that we
had a new account number since it was the same mortgage company. All
of a sudden we got a letter that we were delinquent. I knew we had
been paying them but after investigating discovered that the checks
the bank issued had the wrong account number because we had never
changed it. What a hassle to get that straightened out!

Please do not use CAPS! If you have a balance on an old number, they
WILL use any money you send them to pay that off first. If you do not
have a balance on the old number, then Bellsouth is at fault here and
you need to really stick to your guns. Keep calling until you get a
supervisor who will correct the problem while you are still talking
with them. I hope you get this worked out....Good Luck!

I realize you are angry, and have a legitimate reason to be upset.

I would like to point out, though, that the use of all caps is the
internet equivalent of yelling, and is very rude, not to metnion hard
to read.

I hope they finally get their act together for you.
That is some pretty poor service.
