I Want My BellSouth DSL!

Posted Thu January 12, 2006, by Feodor M. written to BellSouth Telecommunications

Write a Letter to this Company  |  Rate this Company

$200 dollar Visa cards , $125 cash back ,$24.95 unlimited DSL service , "Pat" action dolls and what else are you offering EXCEPT DSL service to those who want the service but have no "sub stations" available in my area ??? Apparently I am within 3 miles from the closest station . Just how much would the sub-station which would be able to service myself and my neighbors
cost ?

Just how much are these ads costing ??? More than what a "sub-station would cost ( many times over and than some )to enable me to be able to avail myself of the DSL service ???

Why spend the money on television and radio spots 50 times a day on at least 10 different stations in a listening and viewing area that you cannot supply the service to ???

Get off your haunches and put your service where your ads are !!!

I understood the letter perfectly and am glad you shared!

Just remember that there may be other choices for fast internet and
local phone service. With the arrival of mypeople.com and vonage
everyone needs to recheck their choices. Maybe your package with
these other choices may be less. You can't beat having a phone that
does it all including unlimited long distance for $25 a month. Even
with the higher cost of fast speed changing your local service could
save you money!

This is a terrible letter. If you want this letter to be taken
seriously, you may need to ask someone to assist you in a rewrite.

wow that first paragraph made absolulely no sense. you really should
rewrite it if you hope to get an answer. but don't hold your breath.
you don't run the company, they do.
