We had lifeline on our account for years and all of a sudden it has been removed. We have sent in the proper paperwork over 5 times for it only to be ignored. Can you please add Lifeline back to this account. I cannot keep going in circles. We will cancel our account with ATT/BELLSOUTH.

Please add the lifeline discount back to our account and send a letter that states it will not be removed from the account.

What is the reason you have been given for this discount being
removed? Do you still qualify for Lifeline service? And your threat
to cancel your service isn't going to get you anywhere - - you either
still qualify for Lifeline or you don't.
