unable to get my rewards

I started service with bellsouth (at&t) on august 28, 2007, at which time I was told I am eligible for several rewards: $75 for dsl service, $50 for long distance, $125 for switching from cable internet to dsl. a few weeks later I ordered their home networking kit which came with a $100 reward. I have tried a dozen times to call and get my rewards and keep getting told they are invalid. After several minutes of discussion the customer service rep will see that I am in fact eligible and tries to enter my rewards. several days later I check on my rewards and they show invalid again. twice I have been cut off after over twenty minutes on the phone, and am very frustrated with the situation. I originally ordered all these services because they came with such good rewards, and now I am being told I can't have them.
Please give me my rewards totalling $300 before I am so frustrated that I cancel all my services.
