We have been a long-time, very happy customer with you and are currently spending on average $230 per month (wireless, long distance, and internet). With all of the current promotions that you are offering to attract new customers, what promotions and discounts can you offer to your current customers? I'm sure that you can appreciate us asking this of you due to the current economic situation. We would really appreciate any discounts that you have to offer. Thank you very much and I look forward in hearing from you soon.

Re: Promotions for Current Customers by Donno Posted Wed May 6, 2009 @ 5:51 PM They generally don't run promotions for current customers, because the object of promotions is usually to attract new customers. The way to get a better package is often to call and suggest you are thinking of cancelling. It is worth asking nicely, I suppose. Good luck. Reply
