I had a very good experience with your company and I would like to share.
On Wednesday, April 11, my family's DSL modem stopped functioning. After an hour of trying to get it to work, I called Bellsouth Fast Access DSL's tech support. The gentleman that I was connected talked me through a few steps to see if he could pin point the problem, but nothing worked. He agreed that it was the modem that wasn't working. So he wanted to set up an appointment to send a technician out to the house. I was happy to learn that he had a time available for the next day, but since no one was going to be home, I opted for an apointment for Friday, between 8 am and 12 noon.
I was really surprised and happy when the Bellsouth tech, *****, was there first thing in the morning. I thought that the tech wouldn't be there for hours. He checked the outside lines to make sure there wasn't a problem and then came into the house to look at the modem. It was the modem that was the problem.
So, he set us up with a new modem and explained how to work it. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and answered all the questions that I had.
Thank you for providing such good customer service. My family appreciates it.
