I have been working for almost all week on getting our phone lines set up properly at our new location. I have talked to countless people at Bellsouth telling me that our phone lines will be up and running any time. We had an old business number of 770-493-8998 and fax of 770-493-6483 that were supposed to be forwarded to our new numbers 770-962-3657 and fax 770-962-3667. As well as our 800-727-7883 was to be forwarded. Every day goes by and the problems keeps happening or a new problem arises. This has cost our business a lot of money and our customers a lot of frustration. I have spent at least 5 hours myself just calling in tickets etc. Please look at all of this and please tell me why anyone should have to go through something like this? Please put yourself in my shoes and think how you would feel.
