We purchased a computer from Best Store on July 1, 2009. After only having it several weeks we started having trouble with it. We tried everything and still this computer would not work. The last straw was when the mouse just mysteriously just disappeared. We took it in to the Geek Squad (still under warrenty)on August 20,2009. After a few days we got a call saying they had to send it in for...

I am a Sprint Mobile Customer. I have been with them for 7 years. I have always purchased our phones through the Sprint store direct. While I was shopping at Best Buy I stopped to look at their mobile phones. The Best Buy employee in the mobile phone department compared their service to Sprints. He said that I would get an "instant" rebate and not "mail in". He said...

We contacted Best Buy who informed us we would need to contact Toshiba directly. We were finally able to get the battery replaced.
We continuously had difficulty with the computer (re-booting, running slow, shutting off,...
