I went to buy a Camera for my wife for her College course. She wanted a certain one and put the ad on my phone. Keep in mind I have has 2 strokes and I don't always think well. After being ignored by employees, the Manager Jon finally helped me. I showed him the Camera she wanted and we talked a bit.

I pre-ordered a galaxy S4 on 4/24/13 and was told it would be friday when it arrived I said ok.They called said oh I am sorry it will be Saturday.I said that's fine. But wait until you get an email stating its in.All the paperwork I have clearly states to wait until notified. On 2/21/2013 at 3:30 PM, I went to Best Buy in N.Attleboro with my cousin who wanted to buy a laptop. We went to computer section to look around. There was one employee who was helping wtih a customer. Noone came around and ask if we needed help. After 15 minutes, the customer was done so the salesperson went to another customer and told her he would be with her in a minute. I had no problem with...

I went to the store in Elizabethtown, KY and purchased my new phone (Samsung Galaxy Note 2) when I was eligible for an upgrade. The price was $299...great. I got a $50 instant rebate (bonus), cashed in a $20 RewardZone certificate, cashed in $120 worth of ShopKick certificates, and used $45 worth of Best Buy Gift Cards.....ended up paying about $75 on my credit card after everything was rung...
