PROBLEM:
I went in to purchase a camara, case, and memory cards. The employee carried my items which I was fine with, however, after he gave them to the cashir, she forgot to ring up all the items. So, when I got home I realized that they didn't give me all of the products I needed to use my camera!
Is this starting to look like the drive-thru at a fast food restaruant?
SUGGESTION:

Dear Mr Schulze,
I received a best buy coupon for $10 off H&R Block At Home Tax software and a free DVD (valued up to $20) to be used during the first two weeks of February. On February 3rd 2010 I purchased the software at your location in Jackson, MI. I was glad to see the software was on sale for $39.99 (regular retail of $44.99). When the sale was finalized I noticed that the DVD was...

My husband and I and our small child went to Best Buy in Oklahoma City on the corner of Memorial and Penn. We were on a mission to buy a camera and we planned on purchasing right then. We went directly to the cameras and began looking around. There was no one around to offer their assistance at this point.
We liked three or four specific cameras but when we picked them up to look at them,...

I stoped at one of your stores in Mesa, AZ and wanted to know about the Sony ALTUS Wireless Music System. Your staff didn't know how the system worked and was very rude when I questioned them on their knoweledge. Customer service must be a thing of the past in that store. I know of 2 people in that store who would never work for me. I'm from the old school when customer service was expected.
