I Tunes card cluster snafu

I bought an I-Tunes card online, on April 7th, as a surprise to go with my sons new I-Phone. Best Buy took the money out of my account on April 11 ($80). I have been fighting with them ever since to get a simple download code. I have been thrown over the fence twice to an unknown media department from someone in a foreign land. It's very frustrating to try to make your case to someone who barely speaks or understands english. I am sure someone sent the code to someone else and now they don't know who to blame so I get hosed. Very bad policy for a company like Best Buy who can train their customer service people to be honest and forthright. Is there anything I can do to straighten this out?

Simple refund would do or even simpler, send the code to download my I-Tunes card. Just do what you said you would do when you took my money.
