Welcome to PlanetFeedback. In case you are wondering the photo here is a from the day PlanetFeedback first launch...way back in February of 2000. Yes, we've been serving consumers and companies for quite some time, and we've got over half a million letters to prove it.

If you are a first time visitor, be sure to educate yourself with our many site features. Remember, you don't have to write a letter to enjoy the perks of membership. You can also review and comment on letters. We also encourage you to send suggestions on areas that can be improved.

Re: December Visitors Update by Rose Bernauer Posted Thu December 1, 2005 @ 7:41 PM I was so pleased to see somewhere where l can be heard instead of all these complaints being ignored it's nice to know that when a place brags about things being done ur way and customers being satisfied and treated with respect instead of just another john or mary that no one cares about that l can turn here and at least know someone will read it and some kind of response will happen l do not care if someone is rich or poor when we pay for something we deserve what we pay for as we have to work to earn it and some harder than others but money is money and customer is a customer regardless of where,when,or whom....thank u Reply
