I moved to Jacksonville, Florida from Pittsburgh a little over a year ago, and purchased my BJ's membership from my employer. I wasn't familiar with BJ's but quickly fell in love with your clean stores, friendly employees, and great prices.

Recently I had the need to purchase two new tires right before a trip back to Pennsylvania. We called around, and while BJ's did not have the lowest price, they DID have two of our odd-sized tires in stock, so we went to your store on Phillips Highway.

I was so impressed with the customer service I received from your employee, Mirza. He was very knowledgeable and informative, and did not 'talk down' to me, as so many automotive workers tend to do when dealing with female customers. I actually purchased higher-priced tires than I came to buy, because Mirza took the time to explain the benefits of my doing this.

Upon my return from my trip, I noticed that it seemed like one of my tires was out of balance and took my car back to BJ's. Even though only two of my tires were purchased at your store, Mirza checked all four tires for me.

Mirza is a genuine asset to your company. His helpfulness and great customer service skills has made me a permanent BJ's customer.
