Dear Sir or Madam,

What an ordeal this has been. I am a first time and last time customer all in the same day, March 3, 2012. I went to your supposed Blockbuster Express kiosk at RH Foster/On The Run convenience in Brewer Maine only to find that the machine had been removed. The clerk inside the store told me they had too many problems with the machine. I drove to the next city over and found...

Closed account
by Carmen L. of San Antonio, Texas written to Blockbuster, Inc. Posted Tue July 12, 2011 3:05 pm

The local Blockbuster closed Feb/Mar timeframe, I asked for the account to be closed and the clerk assured me he had closed it.

The first answer said that my...

Now 5 months later my credit card...

Dispute Resolution
by . of , written to Blockbuster, Inc. Posted Fri October 8, 2010 12:00 pm

I ordered movies through Blockbuster.com
After one month, I cancelled the subscription. It was put "on Hold" rather than cancelled and I was charged for 6 months of (unused) service at a later date. When I called, the first tech hung up on me. After getting the next techs info (ID # etc) I was offered 2 months refund and a gist card or free service for a few more months. Not cool. They have...
