I ordered movies through Blockbuster.com
After one month, I cancelled the subscription. It was put "on Hold" rather than cancelled and I was charged for 6 months of (unused) service at a later date. When I called, the first tech hung up on me. After getting the next techs info (ID # etc) I was offered 2 months refund and a gist card or free service for a few more months. Not cool. They have refused to give me a full refund.
