In the corporate world,

If you manager is acting on behalf of the team...without consulting
with the team first, because the are personally un-happy with a
re-structure, but your team is happy....would it be considered
corporate backing stabbing by going around your manager and securing
your position and stating views of your manager are solely their own
and does not represent the views of their team?


Hopefully that made sense.......If not let me know....I could try to
explain better.....
