Kid Loses Toy - Gets Free Replacement!

A seven year old boy lost his LEGO toy and decided to write to LEGO to get a replacement. And they sent him one! Great customer service LEGO!

That's great!

I remember when my daughter was a baby.. her Fisher Price See n Say
toy died after having it for 2 months. I didn't have a receipt (it
was a gift) or the packaging, so I called Fisher Price (this was
before the internet LOL) and they sent me a replacement.

Several years later, she had some kind of roller-blading Barbie that
broke after 2 days of play. Called Mattel, explained the situation,
and they sent a replacement.

I love when you give a company the chance to make things right, and
they don't disappoint you!
