Texas roadhouse visit

Posted Sun July 15, 2012 2:26 pm, by Usif A.

I took my family of four to the Edgewood Rd in Cedar Rapids, IA location. We go here about once a week and are usually very happy with the restaurant. However, this past Friday night the service was terrible. My waitress brought my salad I ordered as one of my sides after the rest of my meal had arrived. I had to stop another waitress and ask if she could find out where my salad was. Our waitress only stopped by our table once after taking our order and that was to deliver our food. At that time she asked if we needed more rolls, we said yes and she never brought them. We later needed drink refills but she was nowhere to be found. Also, I usually brag to my friends about how big your sweet potatoes are but this time it was extremely small. Overall, I was very unhappy with the restaurant performance. My family was very disappointed with our visit and feel we would have been better off eating somewhere else.

Did you at anytime ask to speak to the restaurant manager at the Texas
Roadhouse about the poor service you & your family received during
your visit.

Corporate headquarters will probably ask the restaurant manager why
their staff gave you & your family poor service, but he/she will not
be able to give them an answer if he/she was not aware of the poor
service.
