Very poor service!

I have a complaint with my Mediacom internet, telephone and cable TV service. I have had all kinds of problems with all three services. First the phone would cut in and out while you are talking, thats not happening very often now. Second the cable channels have not worked correctly since the big black box controller was installed, I had to run a new cable in my house that made no difference at all. The repair person seems to try hard but issue is still unresolved. Last time I asked for a PM appointment to come home at noon to here a message from the repair person he tried to come like 9:00 oclock that morning. Its going to be hard to get any thing repaired when the employee's can't communicate effectivly. Last I had trouble with the internet security provided by mediacom, They transfered me to that part of the company and the Gentle on the line tried hard, but security didn't end up working correctly after he was off the phone and I was unable to get back to him. The internet and security was my favorite thing from Medicom and thats no longer the case. My kids laugh at me for even paying the bill for such poor service.
What I would like them to do to resolve these problems: Resolve continueing TV signal box problem (puzzles on more than half the stations)and have their service person straighten out the internet security problem. I have spent countless hours on trying to resolving these my self. Now it should all be fixed on their time at my convience.
