Voices of 911: A Special PlanetFeedback Interactive Retrospective

PlanetFeedback launched in February 2000 and in that time we have collected well over a million letters and comments. In many respects, these letters act as a de facto historical archive of consumer sentiment, feeling, and opinion that reflect not only our experiences with companies and brands, but major events and incidents that have touched or transformed our lives.

September 11, 2001 was one such event that touched our users at the very deepest, and perhaps the most emotional, level -- and you don't need to look further than the letters themselves to understand this point. These powerful consumer narratives reflect a diverse range of feelings, from love, anger, thanks, gratitude, bewilderment, betrayal, cynicism, and of course hope. And yes, regretably, there is even hatred reflected in some of the letters related to 9/11. Our site, in so many respects, is a microcosm of a our broader world.

We are dedicating this week to sharing many of these letters with our readers, and we encourage you to participate with your thoughts and comments. We would respectfully ask that you exercise restraint in "judging" the letter-writers, and instead focus your attention on the issues and themes they are raising. We also encourage you to explore our database and volunteer and share with us any particular letters that you consider worthy of sharing with others, or even featuring on our home page. Feel free to just past the link (as many as you'd like) to the "reply" box below. (This is a huge task, so we would appreciate all the help we can get in identifying thought-provoking letters.)

Fallow the money. the crooks are many, but the one who owns the trade center admitted he pulled building seven on tape. ON TAPE .look it up. watch the video on you tube. And then watch Bushes response when he was first informed of the 9\11 horror. Reply
