personal shopping days if you spent 50 dollars in a previous month and I liked the fact that 5% of every puchase went to an account for christmas shopping. From someone who bought a few airline magazines, and two others from the UK every month plus a coffee and maybe a dvd every so often I could usually always acquire a personal shopping day and had a good monetary ammount for christmas. It sure helped.

I hate the fact that your company got rid of the perks that I and my partner enjoyed.

Tell customers when you are going to make drastic changes in a program and bring back the original program

Re: Borders Rewards by Gino Posted Fri December 14, 2007 @ 3:18 AM While I agree with your intent in writing this letter, the reward program sounds like a nice idea. How, exactly, does the new program fall short? I agree with Sioux Fan, as it's written, it's very difficult to follow. I would imagine the cost of a mass mailing informing people of an impending change would not be cost effective and possibly cut into whatever value they could offer in a new program.
