My brother's 15th birthday

Posted Tue November 28, 2006 9:56 pm, by Zachary E. written to Boston Pizza International

Write a Letter to this Company

On November 28, there were 28 of us going to Boston Pizza in Markham for my brothers 15th birthday. There were four adults and 24 children. Our dad made reservations and we got to get our reserved seats. We needed four booths and one table which was next to the booths. The food came on time. Some of us had already known what we wanted before we went to the restaurant because we got take out menu's so we told them a half hour before going there what some of us wanted so that we could save time in getting our meal. The server did not even get angry when my younger brother asked if anyone ever barfed in the restaurant because they ate too much. Also she did not get angry when two of my friends were throwing bread at each other. Which I would never do. Don't worry our dad told them to stop.

The food tasted great, and so did the dessert. Most of us are over 12 so we ordered off the adult menu. Most of us ordered the special make your own pasta because it was on special on Tueday's. Only one of my friends did not like their food but that is okay because he just wanted to try something new, and he traded with someone else and liked that food better so it was not because they made the food wrong it was just because he did not like that particular food.

Then some of us ordered dessert and shared the dessert, and we also took some extra home to have for later, also some of my friends were full so they wanted dessert to eat later at home. They had models of what the food looked like so we would know. The only problem was that the models that they had were bigger, but that is okay as well because we were not that hungry after eating the pasta. Also the desert was good even though it was smaller than the models.

I think if my birthday is on a Tuesday that I will go to Boston Pizza for my party. However I think it is on a Sunday, so we will probably wait until a Tuesday before we go anyway. Our friend will be coming over after Christmas and we will be going there once with him because he liked going to Boston Pizza when we went on vacation to British Columbia.

Thanks for being giving good service.

Zachary (13)

How refreshing to see a 13 year write this sort of letter. BRAVO!!

Kid you did something that I've seen few adults more than 2 or 3 times
your age do.. write a decent coherent letter. I'm very impressed man.
This is what a letter should look like people.

So many adults write complaint letters and whine and cry about
everything. This was a compliment letter yes, but the principle is the
same. They misspell lots of words and have poor grammar. This coming
from a 13 year old is amazing with kids texting all the time.

I congratulate you kid. Great letter man.

Zachary,

You just convinced me to give Boston Pizza in my town a try!

BTW - My compliments to your parents. You're outstanding!

Not really sure about all the "being number #1" but I do have to say
it is nice to see a younger person right a thank you letter. If you
are going to complain, you need to complement when things are good.
WTG!

I have nothing better to do right now, so I'm manipulating the Top 20
list.

Zach, if you start responding to some of these comments, you might
actually get the #1 spot! Of course, that's not what really matters.
The fact that you wrote such a great letter is what's important.

I think that pizza is ruining the youth of America. It is the root of
all that is unholy... it encourages children to speak badly to
parents, neglect homework, have meanless romps, vandalize property and
wear their pants below their butts. I think pizza should be banned
all over the country.
