poor quality boots

Posted Wed August 29, 2012 2:32 pm, by Linda W. written to Brahma Boots

Husband bought a pair of Brahma "Ray" steel toe boots item #2571439 at Walmart. Wore them about 2 months and the rubber sole has a huge crack on the bottom at the heel area and the other boot is getting one too. Company website (brahma} says they are not trademarked for US and to take back to store, well we dont have the reciept anymore so dont think they will take them back plus they have been worn and that is against return policy.

Refund due to poor workmanship, check their quality control as have seen similiar complaints. Or have Walmart refund.

The should have to refund you for defective merchandise, but they may
refer you back to Brahma. If that happens, file a complaint with your
credit card company unless you paid cash or debit.
