This is the worst location, staff is very slow, poor management and team work. Employee argue in front of customers with each other and management. Wall street is a busy location customer are leaving this place daily and going to competitors. You need to investigate this store. they forget your order and waste time. I had stopped at Burger King to get my family some food and a Tea. The problem I have is that The drive thru employee did not even know what a sugar substitute is. Now mind you that i am diabetic! I visit this BK on average around 6 to 8 times per month with my wife and extended family. I always have good service and decent food. Tonight was an EXCEPTION the two whoppers that me and my wife received were horrible(lukewarm and almost hard). At two burger kings in the last month they refused to use a coupon. I heard that Burger King never refuses a coupon even if it was expired. Well they do refuse coupons even if they are not expired.
