Burger king sucks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm writing to bring your attention to a problem with the employees at Burger King. Specifically, my complaint concerns an unwillingness to solve problems. The restaurant I'm referring to is at Alexandria Kentucky.

To whom it may concern,
Hello, my name is Brittany. I am writing in regards to your Alexandria, Kentucky store. I went there on October 21, 2004. I went through the drive through. I ordered a "hersheys sundae pie". My total was $1.05. I handed "DALE" $5.05. I never recived my change. Now like any other fast food once you have handed over your money you just have a trust they are going to return it. I left drove maybe 2 min. down the road and realized i did not have my change. I went back to get my change. The manager "Colleen" said to Dale "this girl said she didnt recive her change". Dale said "that sounds like something i would do." Then Dale left. He left with some friends. I would think that if there was a problem like this the manager should question the kid and i don't think he should have been able to leave. The manager counted the drawer and said our drawer is right. I am sorry but you can't have your change. I argued she gave me a number to call. I called the number it was a survey that you had to take i tried to take the survey you have to have a code. I went back to the store and told the lady she gave me a phony number and i want something else. She then proceeded to tell me oh i dont even know what that number is. I have never even called it. So in my eyes she was telling me here is a number now leave and don't come back. She then gave me a corprote office number and i have called and left a message. I have heard no response. My mother tried to call up there and talk to Colleen. Colleen hung up on my mother. I do not appreciate how i have been treated. I do not appreciate the lack of help i was recieving.


After this, I doubt I could ever eat in your establishment again. Also, I don't plan on recommending you to people I know.

Here's what I'd like to see happen: All I want for burger king to do is give me my money. They owe me 4.00. If you would like to contact me my e-mail is playaprinces03@aol.com. or my home address Brittany Gulley

Burger king does suck and they don't care. The food is crap, all of
it. And you are right, they do not want to hear the complaints. The
feedback survey is a joke, How was your visit, would you be likely to
come back o recommend, thank you. Go to Chik Fil-A, good food, good
prices, great service and they actually care about making their
restaurant better. They listen and act on complaints. Take your
business to Chik Fil-A. Sylvia Myrtle Beach, SC

At 12:40 10/19 I ordered a small fry and a drink in drive through.
When I got to the windows I asked how come I didn't get the smallest
fry they had. I was told a small fry is really a "Value Fry" I
really don't like Fries that much and told her I wanted the smaller
fry... she screwed up her face and rolled her eyes, snatched up the
receipt and off she went in a huff. So I just drove off and will not
be returning anytime soon, if ever. If it's not the small fry then
call it the "almost a small fry but not the fry that is really smaller
with a weird name, not listed on the DT menu so will have to make a
darn good guess at what you are really ordering"

Well,
If your going to Burger king..Mcdonalds..KFC...etc.
You should be happy it only cost 4 dollars to save your body from the
crap they offer as food. Maybe eating better would allow you the sense
to remember to ask for your change BEFORE you drive away....but I'm
sure the smell of the fries with all that scrumptious saturated fat
was clouding your judgement.
You would think the sleazy commercials they produce would give you a
clue as to how much respect they have for their customers.
The same can be said for Mcdonalds.

I COMPLETELY AGREE!! I just went to the burger king on brice rd in
reynoldsburg ohio. I went to the driveup and ordered a junior whopper,
side salad with italian, and strawberry shake. They guy said, can you
repeat what you just said? I sqaid, "side salad with italian." Then he
said, and a small chocolaqte shake? I said, no, it was strawberry.
They charged me for the meal then I almost drove off noticing my
hamburger was not in the bag which was big enough for both a hamburger
and the salad. I had to drive up again and my milkshake would melt due
to the TONS of extra wait time as they are exremely slow. They gave me
the wrong size whopper a way too big one and shoved it out the window.
I HATE BURGER KING!!!
And no one defend the employees, they are either stoned mrons speaking
half-english half gibberish who don't listen to you, and the women
have ten foot long super ugly probably unhygenic nails on. These
people act like they are not all there.

the food sucks also...I will never step foot in a BK again.I just
spent my last $5.00 to my name on a soggy microwaved disgusting gooey
piece of shit Whopper sandwich.What a shame as they used to be the
best!
nothing worse than a microwaved burger and hot slimey Lettuce!....GO
STEAK AND SHAKE!!!!

I go there to eat burgers and they always mess up the order.

Give them a break because after all.....they do work at burger king
and are serving you food like some kind of drive up queen for like 6
bucks an hour...

I have worked a lot of terrible jobs, including at McDonalds, but I
have to say I've also noticed that at least here in Philly, Burger
King's managers ar some of the most stressed out people I've EVER
seen. I mean, even when there are hardly any customers in there the
manager always appears to be stressed almost to the point of panic.
And it goes without saying they're all obese, which I can understand
since when you're under that much pressure you overeat to feel
better.
I have also had a recent bad experience and won't be visiting any
burger king restaurant ever again. But it was mostly due to a manager
who looked like he was ready to send in the national guard even when
just serving customers on a slow night.
But it was the fact that burger king's website doesn't allow any
feedback that closed the deal. Sayonara, burger king.

I understand. I'm a burger king employee myself. I do my job respect
my customers and never ever try to cheat them. But it all starts with
our managers they are cheap, poorly trained, idiots. I have only
worked with a few good shift managers but they are quickly pushed away
by an idiotic Store Manager with permanent PMS. You are right Burger
King and especially the Michael Simmons ran chains SUCK!
